It’s okay to not feel okay mentally. It doesn’t make you a bad person. But it’s not okay to box it in and degrade yourselves. It’s okay to share, talk and discuss about mental issues, ’cause apparently we all have mental issues, and you have no right to care or think about those who judge you, who themselves are having their own issues, the only difference is you’re taking care of yours and they’re not.
